These Two New Colorways Of The Jordan Horizon Are Going To Arrive Eventually

When it comes to Jordan Brand’s venture into the world of lifestyle footwear, one of their biggest successes in recent times was the release of the Air Jordan Future. Back in December last year, even Kanye West complimented a paparazzi for the woven Air Jordan Future in an “Iron Green” colorway that the paparazzi was wearing. However, it is unlikely that Jordanheads can be expecting Jordan Brand to introduce a brand new lifestyle model that utilizes somewhat the same concept as the Air Jordan Future. That is actually what Jordan Brand did back in September of this year when they introduced the Air Jordan Horizon.

However, instead of borrowing from the Air Jordan 11, signature elements and features typically found on the Air Jordan 13 can be spotted on the Air Jordan Horizon. For instance, it has an ankle cut as high as that of the Air Jordan 13 and it is equipped with the same segmented midsole. Perhaps they are not yet on a similar level as that of the Air Jordan Future, but new upcoming colorways could mean that this model has a bright future.

These latest renditions of the Air Jordan 13 are no different. They appear to be equipped with the Air Jordan 13’s 6 Ring like outsole that draws inspiration from a panther’s paw. Among the things these two new colorways share in common is the fact that their outsoles are icy and their uppers are made up of woven mesh. Unless Jordanheads are not aware, a Public School collaboration involving the Air Jordan Horizon is also in the making. As for these new iterations, so far it is hard to state when exactly their Jordan release will take place, or perhaps they might even hit the shelves next year, in 2016.
